Right off the bat we were very impressed with the program’s organization. Vince provided a very user-friendly online interface to accessing the program’s material. It was extremely easy to follow along during the various stages of the program.

The meat of the program was the 215 page “No Nonsense Muscle Building e-book”. It was nice to see Vince address some essential muscle building topics right off the bat in this book without subjecting us to a long drawn out, glitzy introduction.

The style throughout the e-book was very straight-forward and to the point. Vince didn’t sugar coat many things (hence the name “No-Nonsense”).

The actual content of the e-book itself was where this program truly shined. It was amazing to see how much useful muscle building information Vince was able to pack between the pages.

Not only did Vince completely cover the essential nutritional and training information required for explosive muscle growth, he also devoted a large amount of time addressing the extremely important psychological barriers that hold most people back from sucessfully putting on the pounds.

We found that the the e-book was especially useful for the “hard gainers”. (The ones that seem almost genetically predisposed to being scrawny and unmuscular.) If you fall into this category, you'll be thrilled as Vince's book really focused on teaching you how to break out of your less than favorable genetics .

We must admit, from point A to point Z, the No Nonsense Muscle building e-book covered everything we expected from a compresenhive muscle building package and we were left with very little to complain about.

Surprisingly, the muscle building e-book was just the tip of the iceberg.

Along with the 215 page muscle building guide, the basic package contained beginner to advanced 29-week pre-made workout plans with online calendar, five different 84-day comprehensive meal plans, a very cool online exercise demonstrator, metabolic calculator, bonus reports, access to an online knowledge base and free lifetime program updates.

The “Power Upgrade Package” contained the 67 page “No-Nonsense Fat Cutting e-book”, the entire “No-Nonsense Muscle Building e-book” in MP3 format, alternative low cost and veggie meal plans and unlimited 1-on-1 email coaching directly with Vince.

*Note - Vince had very quick response times and seemed very eager to help when we put his "1 on 1" email coaching to the test.

If you have the spare cash we recommend this upgrade package, as the bonuses seemed well worth it.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the program. From start to finish we found the package to be one of the better muscle building programs we’ve ever reviewed.

To say this program is worth the asking price would be quite an understatement. If you are a “hard gainer” then this program might just become your muscle building bible.

We definitely feel that Vince’s program qualifies for our highest rating to date (9.7 out of 10) and recommend it to anyone desiring explosive muscle growth.
